Insieme per l’Europa 2016
INCONTRO. RICONCILIAZONE. FUTURO.
Questo il titolo della quarta Manifestazione internazionale di Insieme per l’Europa a Monaco di Baviera, dal 30 giugno al 2 luglio 2016.
Il percorso inizia dal 30 giugno al 1° luglio 2016, nel Circus Krone-Bau con un Congresso per rappresentanti di oltre 300 Movimenti e Comunità che aderiscono alla rete – di cui 200 presenti. Plenarie, tavole rotonde, workshop e forum su diversi temi di urgente attualità, come i profughi e la loro integrazione, l’ecumenismo, l’ambiente, il dialogo con l’Islam, la crisi economica e la ricerca del bene comune, il difficile legame tra i Paesi europei all’indomani della Brexit. 1.700 i partecipanti da 32 Paesi dell’Europa e non solo.
Nel pomeriggio del 2 luglio, poi, nella popolare piazza “Karlsplatz (Stachus)”, si radunano oltre 5.000 persone: tanti i giovani. Forti le testimonianze di riconciliazione durante il cammino dei 15 anni nell’ambito di Insieme per l’Europa; toccante e pieno di speranza l’abbraccio fraterno tra rappresentanti autorevoli delle Chiese cattolica, luterana e ortodossa. “L’unità è possibile” – è quanto hanno potuto vedere e sperimentare i presenti in piazza e le persone che in oltre 7.000 punti d’ascolto erano collegate con un live-streaming in varie parti dell’Europa e non solo.
Forti e significativi i video-messaggi di Papa Francesco e del Patriarca Ecumenico Bartolomeo I. Vivace e animato il palco, con giovani complessi musicali e cori di diverse nazionalità.
