Europe Day 2022

The European Union has declared 2022 as the European Year of Youth. And thus Together for Europe in Italy celebrated 9 May under the theme ‘Education’ with a lively online exchange of experiences between young and old: 1,800 people were connected.

A cross-border meeting on the banks of the Rhine took place between France and Germany; in Graz an exchange of testimonies with participants from Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Switzerland, Italy, Austria; in Munich, Together for Europe, moved on a Ferris wheel; in Brussels they prayed together in the Chapelle de l’Europe… these are some of the snapshots of this year’s various initiatives.

A common note at every event: an incessant prayer for peace!
